CAN u prevent the PRINT SCREEN button from COPYING ur PICS...?

....so Even with that HTML code, that doesn't allow u to copy a pic just by right-clicking it, U can STILL copy a picture on a site by the PRINT SCREEN button....

BUT DO U know if theres ANYWAY though to prevent that? Like, can u disable that button from working when people visit your 'MYSPACE' page, so that they won't steal your pics ?

Realize something, to be displayed on somebody computer, your image is sent to that computer. You CAN'T control what they do with it.

They don't event need to look at your page to get the image, they could download it directly.

The short answer is no. The long answer is hell, no.

i think theres such a way but i dont really sure in html you can do that, unless you try some code. I dont have the code either, but i know what can be done in a code, just leaving the examples to be find next.

In a program, i think you might be able to detect the event whenever the user press on the 'print screen' button, and then clears or deletes whatever memory contains in the clipboard. This is the procedure, but i dont know what exactly to be the code. If you might prefer search how to handle the event, and then how to erase the memory in the clipboard, i think this should accomplished your mission.

I know this not the answer you want to hear, but there is no way to stop people from using printscreen when they visit your myspace. You can't control stuff on someone else's computer, just the stuff on your page. The only thing you could do would be to watermark the image, but I doubt you want to do that. Unfortunately, it is really easy to steal images online. :(

Edit: In response to Mohd. Fariz I's answer:

That's actually a very good idea to use and event handler. The problem is you can't do it in html that I know of. I know it can be done with Java, but Myspace won't let you use Javascript. Also, I don't how much of a programmer you are if you're simply using Myspace because you don't have to know any programming to use Myspace. It's a good idea and can be implemented if you can find a way to use javascript or something similar on Myspace.

Even if you could prevent the Print Screen from capturing your image, the fact that they're viewing the file means they've technically already downloaded it. It's in the Temporary Internet Files folder, so they could just go there and copy/move the file to somewhere else on their hard drive.
