It can be done pretty simply with Photoshop.

You can do that using Adobe Photoshop, in fact, once you get the program and learn how to use it, you will be able to use a multitude of options to create original looking art. I bought a tutorial and never regretted the time spent learning the procedures. Today, I do professional looking work without having to learn how to do art in any medium...oils, charcoal, you name it. Good luck...........
