I got an Argus Digital Camera today and started taking pics to put on MySpace. Everything went fine until I tried to put them on my computer. It kept saying, 'cannot find digital camera!' everytime I tried to get pics when the camera WAS connected with the USB cord. I did everything the instructions said and downloaded the sotware, WHAT DO I DO!?!!??!!??!?!?!?!
Can't get pics from my cheap digital camera?!?!help!!!!?
You can do a number of things:
1. Verify that the USB port you are using is working correctly.
2. Uninstall the software fr your camera. Then reinstall and check.
3. If #1 and #2 do not work, buy a card reader that would work fr the memory card your camera uses. Take the memory card out of the camera and place it in the card reader. Connect the card reader to your computer and download your pictures.
