Myspace picture question.please help :D lots of stars for the best answer!?

Okay well sometimes when Im on myspace I see these pics of people and they like change colors,,kinda looks like tye die and it moves..its really kool looking.well what im asking is,how do you get your picture to do that??

do you have to have photoshop??

oh and also how do I get my picture to be black n white in the background but color of the person or thing.

For your first question I am unsure. To have the background black and white and the picture in color you would use Photoshop.
